Tamer Elshahat

In 1977, Tamer ElShahat was born in Northern Egypt, in a small village near the Nile River delta. Tamer began participating in sports at the age of seven, playing soccer for his elementary school. He continued playing soccer throughout high school,

Where he also distinguished himself as a track and field standout. However, bodybuilding was Tamer's true passion. Starting when he was 8 years old, he would watch his father lift weights at the gym. These trips to the gym were influential to Tamer's career in bodybuilding. By the time Tamer was 13, he had educated himself on the sport by reading every bodybuilding book and magazine he could find. He fashioned his own set of weights out of empty tin cans filled with cement and started his own workout routine. At age 15, Tamer won 7th place in his first competition, weighing just 120 pounds. For the rest of his teenage years, Tamer continued competing, winning most of his competitions. By the age of 20, Tamer became Mr. Africa and joined the Egyptian bodybuilding team. He traveled with the team, competing in the African, Middle East, Mediterranean, and World Championships. In 2004, Tamer received his IFBB pro card and competed in his first pro show at the 2006 Ironman. Always progressing, Tamer placed 13th at the 2009 Europa Show. Tamer has been featured on the covers of fitness magazines as well as numerous training articles. Tamer's dream is to continue to improve and compete at the highest level.


Training
Day one: Quads - Hamstrings and Lower back
Day two: Chest - Biceps and forearms.
Day three: Shoulders - traps and Triceps
Day four: Back - Calves and Abs
Diet
1st Meal: 8 Egg white, 4 slices of turky, 1 cup oatmeal + 25g of casien protein.
2nd: 8 oz chicken, 2 cups of rice and beans.
3nd: protein shake,
4th:16 oz. fish, 150g potatoes, and salad.
Posing
Posing is an art form. I enjoy inspiring bodybuilding fans with my hard work and classic posing aesthetic. If you want to learn or get your posing routine ready for your show contact me I'll be happy to put your routine together for you.
Modeling
I have done some work as fitness model for some of the supplement and Equipment companies. If you need help from a Pro Trainer with experience contact me and I'll put your Diet and Training program special for you.
